The Engineering Information Management Foundational Program is targeted to handle agile engineering information model evolution for efficient implementation. The effort sought to address the cost reduction in implementation of Engineering Information Management by leveraging recent advancement of RosettaNet standards and XML technology as well as alignment with RosettaNet Architecture and Dictionary (e.g. XSD PIPs, RAE, and RNTD). The scope of this effort is to share various product information to facilitate the engineering process between set-makers and suppliers.
