RosettaNet Global Council Members are industry leaders who influence and shape RosettaNet strategic objectives and direction to solve crucial industry challenges. Global Council Members have the opportunity to sponsor new RosettaNet programs, enjoy voting privileges for standards, and have the ability to participate on multiple Councils at a discounted fee. These are the only members of the RosettaNet community with access to the latest benchmarking and reporting data. In addition, these members are eligible for a seat on the Executive Committee, the Marketing Advisory Committee and the Architectural Advisory Committee.

This membership level also receives access to RosettaNet implementation resources, technical and business training seminars, and recognition as a RosettaNet Global Council Member within the community. Most companies nominate C-level executives to represent their companies as a part of this membership.

The genesis of RosettaNet and the community is the work that is done by corporations in a collaborative manner. Business standards for individual corporations are defined and leverage business experiences of corporations across vertical industries, as well as companies that they compete with in the marketplace but share common business partners, solution partners, analysts and customers!

RosettaNet encourages Global Council Members to engage in the development and implementation of RosettaNet standards by providing on-loan resources. These critical resources are at the center of the consortium's ability to utilize the best talent in the industry and deliver real-world business results more efficiently and effectively. RosettaNet acknowledges that a Global Council Members' ability to contribute resources varies over time and between organizations.
