Attunity Customers Choose B2B Solution Based on RosettaNet Standards

Future Electronics and Nu Horizons Select Attunity B2B Process Solution; Attunity a Platinum Sponsor of RosettaNet Event

For Release October 10, 2000

SAN FRANCISCO

Demonstrating market acceptance of B2B solutions that support RosettaNet standards, Attunity Ltd. (International Software Group, Ltd., d/b/a Attunity Ltd.), (NASDAQ: SISG), a leading provider of B2B software solutions, is helping customers implement B2B solutions based on the RosettaNet, XML standard for integrating business processes among trading partners.

RosettaNet is an independent, non-profit consortium that is defining XML-based business process standards for the electronic components and information technology sectors.

As a leader in B2B business process integration software and solutions, Attunity supports the RosettaNet global initiative to help define and deploy open and common business interfaces, which are considered critical for the continued evolution of eBusiness.

Attunity is a Platinum sponsor of this week's RosettaNet Conference being held in San Francisco, CA. In addition, Attunity last month sponsored a RosettaNet Executive Meeting in Tel Aviv, Israel, which was attended by IAEI (Israeli Association of Electronics & Information Industries) members. The event -- the first of its kind in Israel -- provided leading Israeli Electronic Components, Information Technology, and Telecommunication companies with the opportunity to benefit from RosettaNet's initiatives.

"Attunity is committed to supporting RosettaNet's efforts in defining standards for automating commercial business processes between manufacturers, distributors, resellers, integrators, and volume end users," said Arie Gonen, Chairman and CEO of Attunity, "and, to promote improved eCommerce efficiency between supply-chain partners."

Two major electronic components distribution companies recently have selected Attunity B2B™ solutions. Future Electronics, based in Montreal, and Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ: NUHC), with headquarters in Melville, NY, are deploying Attunity B2B supply-chain automation over the Internet based on RosettaNet standards.

Attunity B2B enables companies to create, share, automate, and manage distributed business processes with their partners over the Internet. The solution gives companies a new way to align value-chain partners through dynamic business processes in order to improve responsiveness and efficiency for customers, partners, suppliers, and their employees. In addition, companies that use Attunity B2B can integrate new best-of-breed solutions and existing IT resources -- including ERP, CRM and legacy systems -- into their automated B2B processes.

"Attunity's B2B solutions will enable Future Electronics to automate business transactions with our suppliers and our worldwide service centers," said Sebastien Frappier, system architect at Future Electronics. "We can also collect, integrate, and automatically distribute information, such as customer orders, shipments, product inventory and billing summaries, from disparate internal systems to our customers and vendors."

According to Nu Horizon Electronics, Attunity's software will enable the company to expand its business reach and improve productivity and service quality. "Attunity's solution for implementing RosettaNet processes and integrating those processes with our internal IT systems, and especially their approach for sharing these processes with our partners and customers over the Internet, made it the obvious choice for us," said Alon Sanie, B2B manager of Nu Horizons Electronics.
