2.2.2000 - EConcert Day

-- The EConcert Day is very focused 'production date' agreed to by members of EConcert. By
committing to EConcert Day, a member is agreeing to complete the following on or before
2.2.2000:
- Align internal business processes with one or more published PIPs
- Prepare internal systems to exchange one or more PIPs with another supply chain partner
- Adopt the GTIN part numbering schema, the DUNS number, the UNSPSC product classification code,
and the RosettaNet Technical Specifications Dictionary (at least for PIP exchange purposes - not
necessarily for internal usage)
- Participate in an industry-wide campaign (from June 99 to Feb 2000) to assist/encourage one's
key supply chain partners to also get ready for EConcert Day
