The RosettaNet Trading Partner Agreement Program has created a multipurpose TPA that takes into consideration relevant legal aspects of any electronic information exchange. This TPA can avoid partner conflicts during contract negotiations, ensure reciprocal perspective of legal issues, create legal and contractual certainty, minimize trust barriers between partners, accelerate contractual signing procedures, and improve collaboration between partners.
