Business Objectives

To establish a shared commitment for a collaborative-forecasting process to balance the inventory levels with product delivery.
To improve the match between supply and demand throughout the EC industry.
To improve capacity utilization.
Increase usage of collaborative forecasting PIPs
- Fine tune (improve/revise) existing PIPs where needed
- Integrate usage of PIP 4D1 (Notify of Material Release (Replenishment) )
Develop best-in-class vision for futuristic Collaborative Forecasting processes
- Develop new PIPs where needed (proactive exception processing)
