Forecasted Inventory Management

The Forecasted Inventory Management Program will improve the stability of inventory supply and reduce shortages and excessive stock.


The program will support a stable supply of materials to manufacturing partners independent of plan fluctuations and will reduce the occurrence of shortages and excesses of stock and unnecessary transportation expedite costs for both buyers and suppliers.

Value Proposition

This program seeks to achieve Just in time material management and reduction of lead-times for inventory deliveries.  This will lead to more accurate demand signals to increase visibility in the supply chain and enhance response of suppliers.
