Current eBusiness Environment
RosettaNet Implemenation Framework (RNIF) today only supports 24x7 access to the internet
to process the PIPs real-time. The total implementation cost is too prohibitive for many companies.
Many SME Trading Partners operate with a dial-up access to the Web, so they are unable to use
RosettaNet solutions.
RosettaNet does not support a 'System-to-Human' interface. Many SME Trading Partners
do not have any formal Enterprise Application, preventing 'System-to-System' integration.
These SME trading partners must enter their message content by hand, so they are unable to use
RosettaNet solutions. |
