Ship from Stock - Phase 1
The Ship from Stock Program developed the total ship from stock and debit/credit process and automated the first part of the business scenario in 2001.

RosettaNet's Ship from Stock program serves to develop and deploy global standards that automate the ship and debit process.  Benefits include automated processes that reduce inefficiencies, reduced data errors and improved cash flow.

Program Partners
Led by Arrow Electronics, FCI and Texas Instruments, 15 members of RosettaNet's global EC Supply Chain Board and 10 additional RosettaNet Partners participate in this program.

2001 Program Achievements
The Ship from Stock Program successfully defined the process scenarios and Partner Interface Process™ (PIP ®) required to automate the process. The process starts from the Request for Quote, moves through the Automated Debit Authorization Request, and the Claims Process. Partners successfully implemented their components in 2001 and are continuing through 2002 with the implementation of the additional PIPs to complete the process scenarios. Five Partners achieved six connections as part of this program.
